Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Common Tiger products. If something isn’t quite right, you may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt, provided it’s in new, resellable condition with all original packaging and all included accessories/components (including the Drink Holder and Phone Rest).

Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

• We provide a pre-paid return label; no additional shipping charges apply for standard returns.

• Original expedited shipping charges (if selected at checkout) are non-refundable.

• For damaged or defective items (reported within 2 days of receipt), we’ll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — the restocking fee is waived.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank, it may take up to a week to appear on your original payment method.
